Questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
How are seats counted?
Seats are named users. Each tier includes seats (1 / 5 / 10); add more at £20/seat on any tier, up to 100.
What about API and workflows?
Both are included on Automation. The API is OpenAI-compatible, so existing tooling works unchanged. Workflows run against your plan's daily allowance rather than being billed per run — there are no per-invocation charges and no surprise bills.
Is my usage metered?
No metered token billing. A published
fair-use policy keeps pricing flat and predictable — enforced by throttling, never surprise charges.
Where is my data?
UK-hosted, in an isolated tenant, with keys held in our own UK infrastructure — no third-party key service. Optional customer-managed keys let you keep custody in your own vault and revoke our access at any time.
